Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons of all ages
- Manage circulation desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Assist with cataloging, shelving, and inventory management
- Support digital literacy programs and technology assistance
- Coordinate children's and community outreach events
- Maintain library organization and aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with team on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years library or customer service experience
- Proficiency with library systems (ILS) and MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Passion for community engagement and education
