Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for leadership teams on future readiness
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging megatrends
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on innovation or societal transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
