What You'll Achieve:

- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Lead cross-disciplinary initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Mentor a team of futurists and junior strategists in advanced research methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and ethical implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with mastery of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with remote-first workflows
