Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting

- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial value
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
