- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop predictive models to simulate market disruptions and quantify future scenarios

- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Architect Horizon's 2026 innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of 3-5 specialists
- Publish industry-defining whitepapers and keynote at global conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related technical field
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Pulse)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
