Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
