- Design innovation pipelines for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Establish future-proof governance frameworks for rapid adaptation
- Partner with R&D to incubate exponential growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leader with global conference speaking experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
