Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and latte art techniques
- Train and mentor new barista team members
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment
- Develop seasonal drink recipes
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards

- Maintain pristine workspace hygiene
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience
- Latte art certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods

- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
