Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing methods and customer service standards
- Manage daily inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative drink creations
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Expert-level espresso machine proficiency and latte art skills
- Proven ability to train and lead a team effectively
- Strong inventory management and POS system experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
