- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee craftsmanship and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control protocols
- Develop seasonal menu innovations featuring local ingredients and signature recipes

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience in high-volume, premium establishments
