Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation using precision techniques (pour-over, siphon, espresso)
- Mentor junior baristas in advanced brewing and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal menus featuring local Hawaiian coffee beans
- Manage inventory control and equipment maintenance
- Curate personalized guest experiences through coffee education
- Collaborate with chefs to create coffee-infused culinary pairings
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- SCA Espresso/Barista certification preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of coffee origins and processing methods
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume service environments
- Fluency in English; basic Hawaiian language a plus
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
