Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision (espresso, latte art, pour-overs)
- Lead barista team through training, quality control, and shift management
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and conduct staff tastings
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with marketing on in-store events and promotions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Expert-level latte art and espresso extraction skills
- Proven leadership experience in food/beverage service
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
