Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee beverages with precision, including latte art, pour-overs, and espresso-based creations
- Lead daily barista operations, ensuring consistent quality across all beverages
- Train and mentor junior baristas on advanced techniques and customer engagement
- Source and maintain premium coffee beans and equipment
- Develop seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and innovative flavor profiles
- Manage inventory ordering and cost optimization

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in high-end coffee establishments
- Expert-level latte art certification or demonstrable mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
