Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso drinks and specialty brews with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal menus and signature creations
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience
- Expert-level latte art and brewing techniques
- ServSafe certification preferred
