Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Train and guide new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory and ordering for coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Create innovative seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per health regulations
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and latte art techniques
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
