Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee training
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to lead and train staff in high-volume settings
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
