Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the research and development of novel AI algorithms, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of proprietary models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps aligned with the company's 2026 vision.
- Infrastructure: Manage the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model serving on cloud-native platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in NLP, Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
