Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term product strategy.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to integrate into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
