Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Complete digital inventory reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
