Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and attendee management
- Manage vendor coordination and logistics setup/breakdown
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service during conferences, festivals, and sporting events
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems as needed
- Collaborate with team leads for real-time problem resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tech proficiency (ticketing systems, walkie-talkies)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
