Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise in stockrooms and on sales floors
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight teams to maintain efficient workflows
- Set up promotional displays and signage according to planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sales floors
- Follow safety protocols for lifting and stocking heavy items
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
