Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process orders and payments accurately through POS systems
- Prepare high-quality food and beverage items to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle cash operations and reconcile daily sales
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak service times
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and cash handling ability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
