Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening hours
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Prepare nightly reports for management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Basic knowledge of hospitality management systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends required)
- Valid Louisiana work permit
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
