Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, attentive service
- Support daily operations including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining safety standards
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak evening hours
- Adhere to company protocols for food safety and sanitation
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Provide friendly, efficient service during weekend and evening shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with flexible evening/weekend availability
- Current students or recent graduates welcome – no experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach locations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
