Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to diverse guests during peak evening and weekend hours
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and VIP experiences with precision
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain pristine venue standards through meticulous cleaning and inventory management
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Process payments and manage POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Contribute to dynamic team environment during high-energy weekend events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to train
- Valid Tennessee food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
