Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Prepare and maintain immaculate guest areas and facilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak evening and weekend periods
- Handle basic billing and payment processing accurately
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
