Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with precision and presentation
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to health/safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (weekdays/weekends)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
