Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, attendees, and VIPs with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including furniture arrangement, signage placement, and general logistics.
- Manage ticketing, registration, and queuing lines to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide information and directions to attendees and vendors as needed.
- Assist event coordinators with various tasks, including crowd control and vendor support.
- Uphold the company's brand image and high standards of customer service throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by event schedules.
