Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanning systems
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of high-value shipments
- Maintain organized storage systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train new team members on warehouse best practices
- Optimize workflow using lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with heavy machinery certification
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
