Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship high-value inventory with precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated sorting systems
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
