Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-paid certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory software)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
