Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Train new hires on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license required
