Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Train new hires on equipment and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
