Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Train on new equipment and processes to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanners and basic warehouse software (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Forklift/Pallet Jack certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
