Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement lean warehousing practices to optimize space utilization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
