Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS platforms
- Pack, label, and ship orders to meet daily performance targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct cycle counts and support quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
