Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using advanced WMS technology with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain 5S workplace standards and OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new associates on equipment and SOPs
- Generate performance reports for operational analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Spanish bilingualism a plus
