Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Pick, pack, and ship high-value goods with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
