Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized styling, product knowledge, and relationship-building
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic product recommendations
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Execute inventory management processes including receiving, stock counts, and loss prevention
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process transactions with precision
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless luxury shopping environment
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on current collections
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium retail environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology

- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
