Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet every customer with enthusiasm, answer questions, and provide expert product recommendations to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: Actively contribute to sales targets by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
