Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and executing visual displays.
- Inventory: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and managing stockroom organization to ensure product availability.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product features and promotions to customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
