Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product knowledge and styling advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to identify needs and suggest add-on sales to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute visual merchandising standards and promotional events.
- Maintain a positive attitude and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Familiarity with technology and basic computer navigation.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
