Responsibilities
- Provide VIP guest services and premium concierge support at high-end events
- Execute seamless crowd management and venue security protocols
- Coordinate with event teams for flawless setup and breakdown operations

- Deliver brand ambassador services for luxury sponsors and partners
- Maintain professional appearance and communication standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of premium event hospitality or VIP services experience
- Texas Alcohol Seller Certification (TABC) required
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Experience with crowd control systems preferred
