Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with a smile, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist with event setup, including lighting, signage, and logistical arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions regarding event logistics and venue amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the shift.
- Collaborate with the event team and management to resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
- Monitor crowd flow and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be 18 years or older.
