Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at premium events including concerts, conventions, and sporting events
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols in high-traffic areas
- Coordinate vendor setup/teardown and ensure venue compliance with event specifications
- Execute VIP guest experiences with discretion and professionalism
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement contingency plans during live events

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in event staffing, hospitality, or guest services
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
