Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests and corporate clients
- Handle multi-line phone system and manage communications professionally
- Coordinate with security team for guest access and safety protocols
- Process check-ins/checkouts and manage guest accounts
- Assist with event coordination and reservation management
- Maintain pristine lobby and reception area standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality or high-end reception experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
