Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked to maximize sales opportunities.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high accuracy in stock levels.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems efficiently to track incoming stock.
- Remove damaged, expired, or out-of-date items from the sales floor and storage areas.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, adhering to sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for stock room transport).
