Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, faces merchandise, and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked according to planograms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and perform regular cycle counts.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing backroom areas.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating products and provide a high level of customer service.
- Receiving: Unpack and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Adherence to Standards: Strictly follow safety protocols and company policies regarding food handling and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies in inventory and maintain visual standards.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required for high performers.
