Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise efficiently upon delivery.
- Stock shelves and display areas accurately, ensuring products are facing forward and prices are correct.
- Rotate inventory regularly to ensure stock freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including the backroom and sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and seasonal stocking projects.
- Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired items from the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow visual merchandising standards.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
