Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse/retail areas during early morning shifts (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Operate inventory management systems with precision to maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize stocking routes and minimize disruptions
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas exceeding OSHA standards
- Utilize powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (start times vary 3 AM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory software or willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently and in teams
